You must have the legal authority to enter into agreements and use our services in accordance with applicable laws. Organizations are responsible for managing user accounts created within their workspace.

Customer organizations retain ownership of the data they create and manage within our platforms. QubicGen does not claim ownership of customer business data.

We continuously enhance our products. Features, interfaces, and functionality may evolve to improve user experience without affecting core contractual obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QubicGen Software Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
